Time-Sensitive Networking: eine Schlüsseltechnologie für Automatisierungsnetzwerke

Total and Corbion form a Joint Venture in bioplastics
Paris, Amsterdam, November 24, 2016 - Total and Corbion are joining forces to develop bioplastics by creating a 50/50 joint venture to produce and market polylactic (PLA) polymers. The two partners plan to build a world-class PLA polymerization plant with a capacity of 75,000 tons per year at Corbion’s site in Thailand that already has a lactide (PLA monomer) production unit that will become part of the joint venture. Corbion will supply the lactic acid necessary for the production of the PLA and the lactide.

TE Connectivity hat auf der SPS IPC Drives ein smartes I/O Modul präsentiert
DARMSTADT, Deutschland – 24. November 2016 – TE Connectivity (TE), ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Verbindungstechnologie- und Sensorlösungen, hat auf der SPS IPC Drives 2016 (Halle 10, Stand 210) neue Produkte für IoT- und Industrie 4.0-Anwendungen vorgestellt. Dazu gehört etwa das neue IoT OmniGate I/O Modul, mit dem ein Kommunikationspfad von der Maschine bis in die Cloud aufgebaut werden kann ohne daß die Leistungsfähigkeit des Steuerungs-Netzwerks beeinträchtigt wird. Auf diese Weise lassen sich die Informationen von Sensoren und Aktoren erfassen, filtern, aufbereiten und dann in IT-Systeme übertragen.

HARRISBURG, PA, USA – 24. November 2016 – TE Connectivity (TE), ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Verbindungstechnologie- und Sensorlösungen, hat mit den neuen modularen und lösbaren Poke-In-Steckverbindern eine kompakte, vielseitig einsetzbare Lösung für Wire-to-Board-Verbindungen auf den Markt gebracht. Die Poke-In-Funktion ermöglicht eine leichte und schnelle Installation, während das modulare niedrige Profil und die kompakte Bauweise Flexibilität in der Anwendung bieten. Diese Steckverbinder, die die Anforderungen des Standards UL 1977 erfüllen, wurden speziell für den Einsatz in der Zugangskontrolle, der LED-Beleuchtung, kleinen Haushaltsgeräten und Thermostaten entwickelt. Damit sie sich einfach unterscheiden lassen, sind die modularen und lösbaren Poke-In-Steckverbinder in acht Farben erhältlich. Auf Anfrage können sie auch in weiteren Farben geliefert werden. Alle Steckverbinder haben entweder einen Nennstrom von 6 A (mit 18 AWG) oder 5 A (mit 20 und 22 AWG). Die maximale Bemessungsspannung beträgt 400 VAC.
