Muttenz, 15. Oktober 2013 – Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen der Spezialchemie, hat eine Vereinbarung über die Veräusserung ihrer Geschäftseinheit Detergents & Intermediates an die International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) unterzeichnet. Der Gesamtverkaufspreis für die Geschäftseinheit liegt bei 58 Millionen CHF, davon 20 Millionen in Barmitteln nach Geschäftsabschluss. Die Transaktion bedarf der Zustimmung der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörden.
