THE MOOG SIMULATION TABLE CONTINUES ITS WORLDWIDE SUCCESS AT THE R&D CENTER OF CAR RACK MAKER KEMFLO IN CHINA
East Aurora, NY, USA, January 9, 2013 - The Industrial Group of Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) has installed a Hydraulic Simulation Table for car rack testing at the research and development center of Kemflo International Co. Ltd, in Nanjing China. Kemflo uses the simulation table to simulate the stresses that automotive accessories, such as car racks, undergo on the road.

DSM introduces Stanyl Diablo OCD 2305 BM, the first high temperature polyamide for blow-molded ducts
DSM, the inventor of the Diablo technology, has launched Stanyl® Diablo OCD 2305 BM, a special heat stabilized blow molding grade of Stanyl polyamide 4.6, developed specifically for hot charge air ducts. It is the first high temperature polyamide suitable for processing by extrusion-blow molding and with a significant cost benefit compared to PPS, thanks to its lower weight and scrap rate.

Clariant divests Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties and Emulsions businesses to SK Capital
Muttenz, December 27, 2012 - Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, has signed an agreement to divest its Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties and Emulsions businesses to SK Capital. The total consideration of the sale amounts to approximately CHF 502 million, out of which approximately 460 million in cash, equivalent to 6.3 times the estimated full year 2012 recurring EBITDA of those businesses. The divestment has been approved by the Boards of both companies. Subject to regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2013.
