Clariant’s BU Textile Chemicals gets new Global Head of New Business Development
Mumbai (India), June 4, 2012 - Mr. Anjani Prasad will take over the responsibility as Global Head of New Business Development, at Clariant’s BU Textile Chemicals, effective June 1, 2012. In his new role, Mr. Prasad will report to the Head of Business Unit Textile Chemicals – Mr. Thomas Winkler. Mr. Anjani Prasad has been handling various global Textile projects of Clariant in Switzerland and Singapore, between Jan 2011 to May 2012. Prior to that, he had been successfully heading the Textiles Business of Clariant in India. He will be based in our Kolshet (Thane) office in India.

Clariant Oil Services Partners with Archway for community outreach events in Aberdeen
- Representatives from Clariant Oil Services in Aberdeen will participate in a total of four charity events benefiting Archway.
- The first volunteer day was on May 25th. The remaining events will be held in June

New appointment at Azelis
Today, Azelis reports the appointment of Blair Illingworth as President and Director European Operations, effective May 21st. With a wealth of experience, Blair has held a number of roles as CEO in both manufacturing and distribution businesses mostly in the building materials sector, the last of which was as CEO of a subsidiary of AngloAmerican Plc (Tarmac Building Product Ltd).
