Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products (Quadrant EPP), the world's leading manufacturer of engineering plastics in stock shapes (rods, sheets, tubes) for machining, introduces additional standard colours to its Radel® PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) Life Science Grade (LSG) portfolio. All Quadrant Radel PPSU LSG stock shapes are certified biocompatible according to ISO 10993, giving designers the confidence that their finished products will successfully past testing whilst at the same time allowing for faster product development at reduced costs. In addition, Quadrant offers lot traceability of its LSG stock shapes while traceability is typically available only for raw materials and guarantees consistency in formulations. Standard colours available now include black, natural (off-white), blue, green yellow, grey, brown, rust-coloured and red, whilst custom colours can be produced on request.
