MOOG COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF LTI REENERGY GMBH
AMSTERDAM, 03 June 2009 – After taking a 40 percent ownership stake in privately held LTi REEnergy GmbH last June, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) has acquired the remaining 60 percent of the Unna, Germany-based company . Moog is acquiring two manufacturing and testing facilities, one in Unna, Germany, and the other in Shanghai, China; and a widely used electric wind turbine blade pitch control system that complements Moog’s existing blade pitch control, rotor monitoring and slip ring systems.

DSM and MCC to exchange polycarbonate and polyamide businesses
Royal DSM N.V., the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company headquartered in the Netherlands, and Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC) today announce that they have signed a memorandum of understanding for DSM to acquire MCC’s Novamid® polyamide business in exchange for DSM’s Xantar® polycarbonate business.

HOOFDDORP/URMOND (NL), 25 May, 2009 - Bluewater Energy Services B.V., a member of the Bluewater group of companies, has introduced a Composite Cryogenic Hose made with Dyneema® fiber which is the first truly flexible large bore hose for high volume offshore LNG transfer. This is the first cryogenic application in which Dyneema® fiber has been used.
