DSM DYNEEMA SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVES PATENT INFRINGEMENT DISPUTE WITH BELPROTECT
URMOND (NL), 12 March 2009 - DSM Dyneema, inventor and manufacturer of Dyneema®, the world's strongest fiber™, announced today that it has reached a settlement with Belgian company Belprotect that ends a patent infringement dispute related to patented DSM Dyneema technology.

Clariant to launch strategic production facilities in Zhenjiang, China
Hong Kong, 10 March, 2009 Leading specialty chemical company Clariant is building a surfactants plant in Zhenjiang, Eastern China to help meet the needs of the country’s growing demand. The new facility is scheduled for production in the middle of 2009.

Royal DSM N.V., the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company headquartered in the Netherlands, announces that today a new factory for waterborne acrylic resins has been opened in Waalwijk (Netherlands). Total investment costs amounted to EUR 30 million.

Clavister SG3210 obtient la première place au test comparatif de solutions UTM réalisé par le magazine « Network Computing »

Réalisé par le laboratoire de tests Real-World Labs, le comparatif a confronté six éditeurs leaders dans ce domaine, pour le compte du magazine allemand « Network Computing ». Lors du test de la vitesse de la bande passante, avec filtres Web et antivirus activés, il est apparu que la solution SG3210 de Clavister était trois fois plus performante que son concurrent le plus proche, et dix fois plus que la moyenne des autres solutions.

Almost 50% of Tech Executives Expect to Increase Revenues in 2009 Despite Global Downturn
Despite the global downturn almost half (46%) of senior executives in international technology companies expect to increase revenues in 2009 according to the latest Annual IT Confidence survey conducted by Eurocom Worldwide, the Global PR Network in association with its 30 individual member agencies around the world. However, the number forecasting increased revenues has fallen from 88% last year.
