URMOND (NL) – 10 April 2008 – In recent statements to international media the firm Bladerunner has claimed to be selling so-called “bullet-proof” hoodies containing Dyneema®. Contrary to these claims, the material used by Bladerunner is NOT Dyneema®. DSM Dyneema does not support the products distributed by Bladerunner, nor has the company ever given Bladerunner permission to use its brand name. DSM Dyneema’s lawyers have served Bladerunner with a cease and desist letter to stop immediately any further unauthorized and misleading use of its brand name and trademark. Bladerunner currently is not nor will it be in the future a DSM Dyneema licensee.

Philadelphia, PA and Seoul, Korea, April 9, 2008—Rohm and Haas Company (NYSE:ROH) has acquired Gracel Display, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) materials. The transaction, worth approximately $40 million, gives Rohm and Haas controlling interest in South Korea-based Gracel.
