Rohm and Haas Appoints New China President

PPG quarterly earnings per share up 30 percent on best volume growth in 3 years
PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) recently reported record sales for the fourth quarter of $2.9 billion, surpassing the prior year’s fourth quarter results by 15 percent. Fourth quarter net income was $200 million, or $1.21 per share, and was comprised of net income from continuing operations of $193 million, or $1.17 per share, and income from discontinued operations, net of tax, of $7 million, or 4 cents per share. Fourth quarter earnings per share from continuing operations represents a 30-percent increase over the prior year’s quarter.

Moog FCS Provides Motion Control Test System for China’s New ARJ-21 Regional Jet
