Rapid to use Fakuma for industry-wide introduction of innovative 150 Series granulators
Rapid Granulators AB, the global leader in granulation solutions for plastics recycling, will use Fakuma 2005 in Friedrichshafen, Germany, October 18-22, as the platform for the industry-wide introduction of its latest granulator innovation, the Rapid 150 Series. Although given a limited introduction in May this year, Fakuma will provide the first opportunity to demonstrate the new ‘no compromise’ Rapid 150 Series granulators to a broad plastics industry audience. FASSON LABELS ON GREENLAND SHOWER GELS ARE NATURAL WINNERS
Leiden, The Netherlands -- Labels from leading Dutch narrow-web printers Kolibri Etikettenfabriek on Fasson PE85 White film labelstock are enhancing the packaging for an international range of high-end shower gels. Eastman Copolyester Resins Earn Fire Safety Certification in Germany

AKULON® PA6 FILM GRADES: NEW PRODUCTION LINE COMES ON STREAM
DSM Engineering Plastics has announced that its new line expansion for the production of Akulon® PA6 film grades was successfully started up during July at its polyamide plant in Emmen, the Netherlands. The start-up was completed two months ahead of schedule. The new production line in Emmen represents a substantial investment of several tens of millions of euros.
