São Paulo, 1º de abril de 2015 – A Clariant, uma das líderes mundiais em especialidades químicas, concluiu a venda dos negócios de tratamento de água industrial, localizados no Brasil, na Argentina e na Colômbia, para a Ecolab Inc. Na Colômbia, a efetivação da operação aguarda aprovação das autoridades de controle de mercado locais. A negociação não inclui o setor de Petróleo & Gás / Refinarias, que continua sendo atendido pela unidade de negócios Oil & Mining Services da Clariant, com seu pacote de soluções fornecido pela área de Refinery Services. Essa transação, iniciada no fim de 2014, é resultado do processo de gestão de portfólio da Clariant, baseado em sua estratégia de crescimento lucrativo. The meeting was attended by 459 shareholders and shareholder representatives accounting for 189 451 802 shares or around 57.07 % of the share capital of Clariant.
