INEOS Styrolution receives award at EuPC event in Berlin

INEOS Styrolution, the global leader in styrenics, announces today that the company received the award as best polymer producer in Europe in the category PS (polystyrene) at the EuPC conference in Berlin, Germany.

This year’s EuPC conference, entitled “A Circular Future with Plastics”, took place in Berlin, Germany. It was organised jointly by the “German Association for Plastics Packaging and Films” and the “EuPC European Plastics Converters”.

“We are excited to receive this award, in particular because it is based on direct customer feedback,” comments Sven Riechers, Business Management, Standard Products, EMEA. “I consider this to be the best feedback from our customers that I can think of.”

“It is interesting to see the renewed interest in PS at a time when we work hard on solutions for a circular economy,” adds Rob Buntinx, President EMEA, hinting on the fact that there were no awards for PS producers in the previous year.
