Axxicon Mould Technology invests in SPC
In addition to supplying high precision moulds, Axxicon Mould Technology also delivers the smart solution for validation tests: Statistical Proces Control, to avoid long testing times and deliver fast maximum optimisation for
multi-cavity moulds.
As a world leader in industrial engineered mould solutions, Axxicon Mould Technology produces more than 500 moulds every year. The company produces a comprehensive range of standardised moulds and develops customer-specified moulds across a range of industries – from optical replication to high-end disposables and from infocom to medical devices.
To meet the increased need for speed and accuracy, Axxicon has invested in Quality Control and SPC systems, which enable both the mould manufacturer and the customer to achieve control of product quality by means of the application of statistical methods in the controlling process.
In addition, the Axxicon Mould Test Centre delivers a range of services to ensure that the mould is up to speed and maximum performance in the shortest possible space of time.
