Clariant Healthcare Packaging to Build New Plant to Support Pharmaceutical Industry in India
Muttenz, December 1, 2015 – Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, today announced plans to invest CHF 10 million in a new Healthcare Packaging manufacturing plant in Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu State, located about 25 km from the city of Puducherry. The plant will manufacture Clariant’s market-leading moisture control products to support the growing pharmaceutical packaging market in India.

DSM to boost capacity of Akulon XS for flexible packaging films
Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, today announces that the company is expanding production capacity for Akulon® XS at its facility in Emmen, the Netherlands. The capacity increase is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
