Clariant Signs Cooperation Agreement to Implement SNG Plant and Catalysts in China
Muttenz, June 13, 2013 - Clariant, a world leader in Specialty Chemicals, today announced that it has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Wison Engineering Ltd and a subsidiary in Foster Wheeler's Global Engineering and Construction Group, to equip a pilot plant for demonstration of Foster Wheeler's VESTA substitute natural gas (SNG) technology with catalysts of Clariant. The pilot plant will be constructed in China and is planned to go on-stream during 2013.

SITTARD, Paesi Bassi, 11 giugno 2013 - Le aziende facenti parte della catena del packaging alimentare che utilizzano polietilene e polipropilene hanno ora accesso alle nuove dichiarazioni in materia di sicurezza degli alimenti e conformità di SABIC. SABIC è tra i primi produttori di materie plastiche per il settore alimentare in Europa ad avere aggiornato con tre anni di anticipo sulla scadenza prevista del 2016 tutte le dichiarazioni di contatto con gli alimenti secondo le modifiche ai regolamenti dell'Unione Europea intesi ad aumentare ulteriormente la sicurezza degli alimenti confezionati. A tal fine si sono dovute ripetere le prove di tutti i materiali poliolefinici destinati al packaging alimentare per garantirne la conformità al nuovo regolamento.
