Azelis announces the sale of its Composites business
On October 1st, Azelis announced the sale of its international Composites business to VELOX GmbH who has acquired this business in its entirety. As a result, VELOX will take over and manage the Composites business and its employees, effective October 1st, 2012.

Provichem® 2511 Eco Di-Methyl-Succinate offers unique features for more sustainable applications
A collaboration between Proviron and Reverdia has resulted in the introduction of Provichem® 2511 Eco, a Di-Methyl-Succinate (DMS) that can be used as a solvent and a raw material for fine chemicals such as pigments and UV stabilizers. Biosuccinium™ is made from renewable resources and has a much better carbon footprint than several other fossil based chemicals - such as adipic acid or the petrochemical version of succinic acid.

Songwon annuncia l’espansione della capacità produttiva di DOTO
Ulsan, Corea – 28 settembre 2012 – Songwon Industrial Group annuncia un incremento del 60% della sua capacità produttiva di DOTO (Ossido Di-n-Ottilstagno) presso l’unità produttiva di Ulsan (Corea), che dovrebbe essere completata entro la metà del 2013. La nuova capacità di DOTO comportera’ una riduzione della capacità di DBTO (Ossido Di-n-Butilstagno). Oltre a questo progetto, Songwon ha in previsione di aumentare ulteriormente la capacità di DOTO in risposta alla prevista futura richiesta di mercato.
