Per superare questa sfida, Avery Dennison ha realizzato Avery Dennison Plasma Bag Label: un'etichetta dalla costruzione speciale che riduce notevolmente le probabilità di fallimenti in applicazione e che rende superflua la rimozione del ghiaccio dalle sacche da parte di banche del sangue e ospedali.

IL NUOVO FILM GLOBAL MDO SI IMPONE COME NUOVO STANDARD PER IL MERCATO HOME & PERSONAL CARE
LEIDEN, Paesi Bassi — 28 settembre 2011 — Avery Dennison sta per lanciare Global MDO, un'innovativa soluzione che va ad arricchire la linea prodotti Machine Direction Oriented (MDO). Il nuovo materiale per etichettatura colma il divario tra la gamma ad alte prestazioni MDO e i film in PE85, offrendo caratteristiche migliorate a livello di produzione e sostenibilità, ad esempio una significativa riduzione delle rotture del nastro, meno fuoriuscite di adesivo (fino al 50%), e il doppio di etichette per bobina. Caratteristiche a cui si aggiunge la trasparenza dell'etichetta sul prodotto in esposizione, molto richiesta per le applicazioni Home and Personal Care.

LEIDEN, Paesi Bassi — 28 settembre 2011 — Una nuova e rivoluzionaria tecnologia di fustellatura, chiamata ThinStream™ e sviluppata dal produttore di materiali per etichette autoadesive Avery Dennison, permette di fustellare etichette con un liner sottile 12 micron, la metà del minimo attualmente offerto dal mercato. Con la tecnologia ThinStream non esistono più fustelle che incidono il liner, uno dei maggiori inconvenienti qualitativi del settore. La tecnologia brevettata alla base di ThinStream è stata concessa in licenza a Gallus Group, che ha creato “Gallus Cold Die Unit”, un importante passo avanti nella tecnologia della fustellatura.
