CHEMTURA INTRODUCES MORE EFFICIENT FIREMASTER® FLAME RETARDANT PRODUCTS
MIDDLEBURY, CT – Chemtura Corporation (Crompton/Great Lakes) has introduced Firemaster® 600 and Firemaster® 602, two new flame retardants for flexible polyurethane foam that are approximately 10% more efficient than Firemaster® 550 and Firemaster® 552. Each of these new products exhibits outstanding scorch resistance, minimal effect upon foam processing, physical properties and cigarette smolder as well as a favorable environmental profile. FiremasterR 602 is specifically recommended for mechanically cooled foams. Chemtura is a leading global manufacturer of fire retardants, which reduce or eliminate the flammability of a wide range of combustible materials.

PROTECTIVE VESTS MADE WITH DYNEEMA® GIVE DUTCH LAW ENFORCEMENT TRIPLE THREAT PROTECTION AND GREATER COMFORT
URMOND (NL), 27 June 2006 - The first of 25,000 new protective vests for Dutch Law Enforcement was presented today to the Royal Dutch Police Services (KLPD). CHEMTURA ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN PRICE INCREASE ON TIN STABILIZERS
MIDDLEBURY, CT, June 23, 2006-- --Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) announces a 5% increase of European selling prices on all tin stabilizers for all package sizes, effective July 1st, 2006, or as contract terms permit.
