Owens Corning acquisisce importante impianto giapponese di materiali composite
TOLEDO, Ohio (USA) – dicembre 8, 2005 – Owens Corning ha annunciato oggi di avere raggiunto un accordo con Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. Per l’acquisizione delle sue attività di compounding e rinforzi in fibra di vetro, compresa una vetreria situata un’ora a Nord di Tokyo. I termini dell’operazione non sono stati resi noti.

Borealis head office moves to Vienna
Borealis recently announced a change in ownership to 65% by the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) of Abu Dhabi and 35% by OMV Aktiengesellschaft, Austria’s oil and gas company. This change has resulted in a decision to move Borealis’ head office from Copenhagen (Denmark) to Vienna (Austria) by summer 2006.
