L’agente espandente Honeywell Enovate® 3000 verrà impiegato dal produttore di coperture e rivestimenti britannico Steadman
Haasrode, Belgio, 2 settembre 2004 – L’agente espandente Enovate® 3000 di Honeywell, un idrofluorocarburo liquido usato come agente espandente nelle schiume rigide da isolamento, da ora viene impiegato da Steadman & Son Ltd. per la produzione di pannelli isolanti in schiuma. Steadman, uno dei produttori britannici di impianti per la copertura e il rivestimento da più tempo nel settore, ha scelto Enovate® 3000 poiché, non danneggiando lo strato di ozono, è conforme a quanto disposto dal Protocollo di Montreal. Inoltre, il prodotto è ininfiammabile. Ciò significa che Enovate® risponde perfettamente agli standard relativi alla resistenza al fuoco imposti dal LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board), il comitato britannico, autonomo e riconosciuto, di certificazione della qualità per la prevenzione degli infortuni. Per quanto riguarda l’uso nei pannelli isolanti, Enovate® 3000 offre prestazioni superiori rispetto ai prodotti concorrenti.
