NEW OWNERS FOR AXXICON MOULD TECHNOLOGY
Axxicon Mould Technology, one of the world’s leading producers of engineered mould solutions for optical, medical and infocom industries, has been acquired from Mikron Technology Group, Switzerland, by its current Management Team, supported financially by Gilde Participaties, which is owned by Gilde Investment Management, a leading Dutch private equity firm.

EXAXE wins software contract with Falcon Leven
Exaxe, the Dublin-based software and consultancy provider to the insurance industry has announced that it has won a contract to licence its Illustrate Plus software to Hoofddorp based life insurance company Falcon Leven, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fortis Group and the designated universal life-unit linked specialist of the Fortis group.
