Il Polimero Victrex® PEEK™ regge la pressione di sistemi HPLC a connessione veloce
Alcuni componenti di un avanzato sistema ad elevate prestazioni di cromatografia liquida (HPLC) sono stati realizzati con il polimero Victrex® PEEK™ dalla Optimize Technologies di Oregon City (USA). Il sistema è costituito da un’interfaccia brevettata a bassa dispersione resistente alle pressioni elevate, caratterizzata da connessione veloce tramite sigillatura, che ha potuto contare sulla notevole resistenza chimica e sulle performance meccaniche del polimero Victrex® PEEK™ anche in condizioni di pressioni estreme.

Univar and ExxonMobil Chemical sign agreement for distribution of PolyAlphaOlephins and other synthetic basestocks in Europe
European lubricant manufacturers now have expanded options for local supply of polyalphaolefins and other synthetic basestocks following the signing of a distribution agreement between ExxonMobil Chemical and Univar. Univar will support ExxonMobil Chemical's Synthetics business in Europe with local supply points in Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Benelux and Switzerland.
