Une étude scientifique montre que le Palatinose™ de BENEO, utilisé comme boisson du soir, améliore certains aspects du sommeil
Un nouvel essai contrôlé et randomisé, mené par Gaylor et al , démontre que les glucides à libération lente et prolongée du Palatinose™ de BENEO améliorent certains aspects du sommeil lorsqu’ils sont consommés comme boisson au moment du coucher. Contribuant à un meilleur équilibre des niveaux de glucose dans le sang, particulièrement pendant la première partie de la nuit, le Palatinose™ peut favoriser une phase de sommeil profond plus longue, et donc un sommeil réparateur . Cet essai vient ainsi renforcer les preuves que le Palatinose™ offre un éventail de bénéfices qui vont au-delà de la santé métabolique.
