DOMO Chemicals signe un accord pour acquérir les activités Performance Polyamides de Solvay en Europe
DOMO Chemicals et Solvay ont signé aujourd’hui un accord pour l’acquisition par DOMO des activités Performance Polyamides de Solvay en Europe. Cela comprend les opérations de plastiques techniques en France et en Pologne ; les fibres haute performance en France ; les polymères et substances intermédiaires en France, Espagne et Pologne. Cet accord prévoit également une joint venture entre BASF et DOMO en France pour la production d’acide adipique. Les activités comprennent les services de production, vente, assistance technique, recherche et développement et innovation qui comptent actuellement un effectif cumulé d’environ 1 100 employés.
