ClariantClariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, beabsichtigt, die Gesellschaft Infrapark Baselland AG in Muttenz und deren Aktivitäten an den Energiedienstleister GETEC zu veräussern. Zudem übernimmt GETEC Infrastrukturanlagen und Service-Betriebe der Novartis am Standort Schweizerhalle. Eine entsprechende Vereinbarung haben die Unternehmen jetzt unterschrieben. Die Transaktion soll zum 31. Dezember 2018 umgesetzt werden.

KRW, with sales for the quarter totaling 204,403 Mil. KRW. Profit for the period rose over 2017 by 38.4%, and the Group announced a 12.6% EBITDA for the 3rd quarter of the year.
