Belden enrichit sa gamme Hirschmann avec de nouveaux commutateurs OCTOPUS PoE avec alimentation intégrée
Neckartenzlingen, Allemagne – 29 janvier 2013 - Belden Inc., fournisseur mondial de solutions de transmission de signaux pour les applications critiques commercialise quatre nouveaux commutateurs OCTOPUS PoE qui viennent compléter sa gamme de produits Hirschmann. L'alimentation intégrée permet de réduire les câblages et ainsi de mettre en œuvre des solutions économiques tout en gardant la plus grande fiabilité. En outre, ces commutateurs occupent nettement moins de place que les commutateurs avec alimentation externe. Leur installation et leur maintenance sont également plus faciles. Deux de ces commutateurs sont des appareils de 10 ports non administrables en classe de protection IP54. Les deux autres versions, conformes au niveau de protection IP67, sont dotées de 9 ports et offrent, grâce au logiciel de niveau 2 basic développé par Hirschmann, diverses fonctions d’administration et de sécurité ainsi que des mécanismes de redondance rapide. Une alimentation de 24-48 ou 72-110 volts est disponible aussi bien pour les commutateurs 9 ports que pour les 10 ports. Tous les commutateurs sont dotés d'un boîtier compact en zinc moulé sous pression qui mesure seulement 184 x 189 x 70 mm et sont conçus pour une plage de température de -40° C à +70° C. Ils sont en outre conformes aux normes européennes relatives à la compatibilité électromagnétique et à la protection contre les incendies dans les véhicules ferroviaires.
