Azelis announces the sale of its Composites business
On October 1st, Azelis announced the sale of its international Composites business to VELOX GmbH who has acquired this business in its entirety. As a result, VELOX will take over and manage the Composites business and its employees, effective October 1st, 2012.

Une collaboration entre Proviron et Reverdia a permis de lancer Provichem® 2511 Eco, un succinate de diméthyle (DMS) qui peut être utilisé comme solvant et comme matière première pour la chimie fine, tels que les pigments et les stabilisateurs UV. Biosuccinium™ est fabriqué à partir de ressources renouvelables et a une bien meilleure empreinte carbone que de nombreux autres produits chimiques issus de matières fossiles, tels que l'acide adipique ou la version pétrochimique de l'acide succinique.

Songwon announces expansion of DOTO manufacturing capacity
Ulsan, Korea - September 28, 2012 - Songwon Industrial Group is announcing the expansion of DOTO (Di-n-Octyltin Oxide) production capacity by 60% at its Ulsan (Korea) manufacturing facility with the project completion expected mid 2013. The new DOTO capacity will come at the expense of a reduction in DBTO (Di-n-Butyltin Oxide) capacity. Beyond the current project, Songwon is planning additional DOTO capacity to support future market needs.
