Sittard, Pays Bas – 7 mai 2012 – SABIC a mis au point une nouvelle méthode d’évaluation rapide de la résistance à la propagation lente des fissures du polyéthylène haute densité (PEHD) utilisé pour les tuyaux sous pression. Cette méthode permettra aux transformateurs de bénéficier plus rapidement des nouveaux développements dans le domaine du PEHD pour tuyaux, en réduisant les délais de mise sur le marché des nouveaux matériaux à leur sortie des laboratoires.

Framework agreement announced between China Lumena New Materials Corporation and DSM Engineering Plastics
China Lumena New Materials Corporation and DSM Engineering Plastics signed a framework agreement last March 29, 2012 in Chengdu, China. The two companies agreed to further explore a potential cooperation in the marketing and sales of Stanyl® polyamide 46 in China and Haton® PPS outside of China. Furthermore, the companies will investigate the potential for a joint development in respect of PPS/PA46 alloys as well as other areas of cooperation.
