Mitsubishi réitère son choix: Le nouveau RVR Compact Crossover est le second modèle de la marque ayant les ailes avant en résine Noryl GTX* de SABIC Innovative Plastics
BERGEN OP ZOOM, Pays-Bas – 30 juillet 2010 – Le nouveau RVR compact crossover de Mitsubishi Motors Corporation a distancé de loin la concurrence avec des ailes avant réalisées en résine Noryl GTX* de SABIC Innovative Plastics. Les ailes du RVR couronnent une deuxième fois le succès du partenariat Mitsubishi/SABIC Innovative Plastics, qui avait d’abord permis d’équiper le minivan Delica D :5 en 2007, d’ailes avant moulées en résine Noryl GTX. En remplaçant l’acier par cette résine haute performance, Mitsubishi a considérablement réduit la masse de près de 50 pourcent et pu réaliser une géométrie spécifique et hautement complexe permettant de distinguer le nouveau design du véhicule et d’améliorer la conformité en termes de protection des piétons. La résine Noryl GTX continue de susciter un intérêt croissant de la part des constructeurs pour les applications de carrosserie automobile, confirmant ainsi la volonté de SABIC Innovative Plastics de créer de nouvelles solutions de pointe pour l’automobile.

DSM ENGINEERING PLASTICS ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASES FOR ARNITEL AND ARNITE
As a result of continued escalations in the costs of key raw materials and further investments in innovations, DSM Engineering Plastics will increase prices on a global basis for its Arnitel® and Arnite® products. Effective 1 August 2010, DSM will increase prices for these products by 10%.
