DSM DYNEEMA MAINTAINS HIGH IP VIGILANCE AT MILIPOL
PARIS (FR), November 18, 2009 - DSM Dyneema, inventor and manufacturer of Dyneema®, the world’s strongest fiber™ maintained its policy of vigilance and high alertness for potential intellectual property infringements at Milipol, (Paris, France, November 17-20). In addition, DSM Dyneema sales and technical experts, legal and IP representatives actively scanned the show for signs of potential infringements. The company has confirmed that it handed over three warning letters to prevent potential infringements on its patents.

MOOG STRENGTHENS ITS WIND ENERGY BUSINESS THROUGH RE-BRANDING OF INSENSYS OFFERING
East Aurora, November 12, 2009 - Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) has completed the integration of the Insensys acquisition and will now market all of its offerings under the Moog brand. Insensys individual pitch control and rotor blade monitoring systems for wind turbines have been incorporated into Moog’s product portfolio on a global basis. This strengthens and extends Moog’s range of pitch control solutions for the wind energy industry. Moog completed the acquisition of Insensys in April 2009.

coldblack® wins Textile Design Award 2009
Langenthal / Sevelen: On 6 November, the tenth biannual Design Prize Switzerland was held. From over 300 entries and 36 nominated projects, the eight-member international jury selected six winners in different categories. The competition with a total prize money of CHF 195,000 attracts domestic and foreign designers with a relation to Switzerland. Schoeller Technologies AG has been awarded with the Textile Design Award 2009 by SWISS TEXTILES & ZUMSTEG FOUNDATION for the textile finishing technology "coldblack®: Sun Reflector - UV Protector". coldblack® is the result of a close cooperation between Schoeller and Clariant International.
