MOOG INVESTIT DANS L’ACTIVITE ENERGIE EOLIENNE DE LTI REENERGY GMBH
Unna, Allemagne / East Aurora, N.Y., 14 juillet 2008 – Moog Inc. (NYSE : MOG.A et MOG.B) a investi à hauteur de 40% dans le capital de LTi REEnergy GmbH, société non cotée située à Unna en Allemagne. Les deux sociétés ont conjointement prévu de renforcer la position de leader de marché déjà détenue par LTi REEnergy dans le domaine des systèmes de contrôle du pas d’hélice. Moog apporte son expertise de longue date dans le domaine des technologies électrohydrauliques, LTi REEnergy étant de son côté un des principaux fournisseurs de systèmes de commande électromécanique du pas. A la suite de cet investissement, Moog peut être légitimement considéré comme désormais le seul fournisseur au monde de systèmes de commande électromécanique et électrohydraulique de pas pour le marché de l’énergie éolienne.

DSM Biomedical receives funding from public-private partnership in biomedical materials
Today DSM Biomedical announced that it will receive funding from the Biomedical Materials Program (BMM), a Dutch public-private partnership in biomedical materials. In total BMM allocated over 50 million Euros to seven R&D projects, four of which were initiated by DSM Biomedical. The funding will help DSM Biomedical to expand its R&D portfolio and accelerate the development time of new biomedical materials, thus contributing to the realization of DSM’s ambition to become a leading player in the biomedical market.
