Solutia and Employees Donate Over RMB 295,000 to Assist in Earthquake Relief Efforts

Les nouveaux compounds ultra purs Stat-Loy* de SABIC Innovative Plastics apportent des solutions plastiques “propres” à l’industrie des semi-conducteurs
BERGEN OP ZOOM, Pays-Bas – 29 mai 2008 – Alors que les utilisateurs demandent plus de puissance et de fonctionnalité aux appareils électroniques, l’industrie des semi-conducteurs s’efforce d’intégrer plus de fonctionnalité dans les circuits intégrés ou “puces“ existants. La nouvelle génération de fabrication de puces est un processus photolithographique utilisant la technologie laser argon-fluoride (ArF). Cependant, l’adoption de lasers ArF a été retardée par le manque de plastiques “propres” utilisés dans les conteneurs de protection (photomasques et réticules) pour le processus de fabrication des circuits. Pour relever ce défi et répondre aux besoins des clients, l’activité de compounds de spécialité LNP* de SABIC Innovative Plastics a développé la gamme de composounds de 63000CT ultra-purs trasnparents (UPT). Utilisés dans les appareils de protection des galettes de Silicium, les composés UPT Stat-Loy* peuvent prévenir les dommages provoqués par le dégazage qui peuvent contaminer les galettes, accroître les rejets et augmenter les coûts.
