Milliken obtient une injonction contre Fountain Trading pour infraction aux marques
Milliken & Company a annoncé aujourd’hui que le tribunal régional de Dusseldorf (Allemagne) a prononcé une injonction pan-européenne contre la société coréenne Fountain Trading pour infraction aux marques déposées de Milliken, Millad et Millad 3988. Conformément à l’injonction, Fountain Trading a interdiction d’utiliser les noms Millard et/ou Millard 3988 pour qualifier les additifs de polymères et de produire, proposer, faire de la publicité, vendre ou commercialiser ces produits.

DNV and NHSLA: A partnership for improving patient safety and managing risk
Rotterdam, 12 March 2007 – DNV has entered into a five year contract with the NHSLA (National Health Service Litigation Authority) to provide services for managing risk with effect from 1 April 2007.
In an effort to further develop its risk management programme, NHSLA has awarded DNV a contract to deliver risk assessment, standard development, training and helpdesk services to over 400 National Health Service (NHS) Trusts and more than 150 NHS maternity services in England.
