DES GALETS DE POMPE FABRIQUES PAR QUADRANT CMS AMELIORENT LA RENTABILITE DE LA PRODUCTION EN GRANDES SERIES
TIELT, BELGIQUE – 23 Février, 2007 – Des travaux de développement menés conjointement par Quadrant CMS (Creative Moulding & Systems) et Micropump Inc. ont permis de fabriquer en grandes séries des galets de pompe par injection de PETP Ertalyte TX. Ces pièces étaient auparavant usinées dans du barreau extrudé de la même matière par Quadrant EPP (Engineering Plastic Products), la filiale de Quadrant CMS spécialisée dans ce domaine. Micropump Inc. a accueilli avec grande satisfaction ce passage à un procédé qui permet d’améliorer la rentabilité de la fabrication de ces galets de pompe dont la demande connaît une croissance rapide depuis quelques années.

PPG posts record fourth quarter, full year sales for 2006
Feb. 12, 2007 – PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG), a world leading coatings, glass and chemicals manufacturer, has recently announced record fourth quarter and full year sales for 2006. Sales in the fourth quarter were $2.8 billion, surpassing fourth quarter 2005 record sales by 11 percent. For all of 2006, PPG recorded annual sales of 11 billion and net income of $711 million.
