Univar named as distributor for Shell solvents in Denmark, Norway and Sweden

UnivarUnivar Europe, a business unit of Univar N.V., the leading independent chemical distributor in the world, has been appointed by Shell Chemicals Europe B.V. (SCE) as distributor of their solvents range in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The agreement took effect April 1st of this year. Univar’s strong distribution and logistics network in Scandinavia underpinned Shell’s decision, as did the opportunity to make its supply chain simpler and more efficient.
