Castellana 77, la renovación de un edificio sostenible y cambiante con fachada de vidrio Guardian Glass
En pleno centro financiero de Madrid, en el distrito de AZCA, se levanta Castellana 77, un edificio que, tras dos décadas en desuso, ha iniciado una nueva e icónica vida gracias a la intervención de luis vidal + arquitectos. La antigua torre original de 1977 se ha convertido en un edificio de oficinas vanguardista de 62 metros de altura que ya ha marcado de forma singular el pulso y el skyline de la ciudad y ha pasado a situarse, desde la finalización del proceso de rehabilitación hace unos meses, a la cabeza de la eficiencia energética y el respeto medioambiental. De hecho, Castellana 77 ya ha obtenido la prestigiosa certificación LEED Platinum, algo en lo que Guardian Glass -con sus vidrios tratados de alto rendimiento- ha colaborado de forma directa después de que el estudio de arquitectura le haya confiado todos los vidrios de la fachada.

Schwertransport für Clariant unterwegs
Clariant erweitert an ihrem Standort im Chemiepark Gendorf ihre Anlage zur Produktion von Ethylenoxid. Hierzu sind Baumaßnahmen notwendig, die die Installation einer Kolonne erfordern. Diese wird in zwei Teilen per Schwerlast-LKW an den Standort transportiert. Der Transport startet seine letzte Etappe am 27. Mai in Passau und trifft am 28. Mai im Chemiepark Gendorf ein.
