SABIC lanza un nuevo filamento de soporte desechable destinado a mejorar la productividad de los fabricantes de componentes
SABIC, uno de los líderes mundiales del sector químico, ha anunciado hoy el lanzamiento del filamento AMS31F, el material de soporte desechable de la compañía para modelado por deposición fundida. El nuevo filamento mantiene la rigidez durante la impresión y aporta una flexibilidad excepcional durante el postprocesado para facilitar la extracción del armazón a temperatura ambiente, lo que puede contribuir a reducir el tiempo necesario para producir los componentes acabados. El nuevo filamento AMS31F debe utilizarse con el filamento ULTEM™ AM9085F de SABIC, un material de polieterimida (PEI) de altas prestaciones que aporta unas resistencias mecánica y térmica muy elevadas, dos propiedades óptimas para potenciales aplicaciones aeroespaciales, así como para aplicaciones automovilísticas, de gas y petróleo y de herramientas.
