(Foto Moog, MGPR1008)Boblingen (Alemania) - 4 de noviembre de 2010 – Moog ha presentado en la K-2010 un nuevo sistema de bombas que ofrecerá a los fabricantes de máquinas de moldeo por inyección y de moldeo por soplado una solución de control de movimiento que puede reducir el consumo de energía en las máquinas hidráulicas hasta un 30 por ciento o más comparado con los planteamientos tradicionales y, en consecuencia, reducir el coste total para el propietario. Moog, especialista en el control de movimiento de altas prestaciones para fabricantes de maquinaria de todo tipo de aplicaciones industriales, ofrece ahora un completo sistema integrado denominado Moog Speed Controlled Pump System (SCP), basado en tres productos probados de Moog: una bomba de pistones radiales (RKP), un servomotor sin escobillas de alto rango dinámico y un servocontrolador de control de movimiento multieje modular programable (MSD). Lo que hace a este sistema único es que permite a los usuarios cambiar la velocidad del motor y de la bomba y controlar así el caudal hidráulico. La máquina resultante consume menos energía, se obtiene un rendimiento de sistema optimizado y se facilitan los ajustes a los operadores.
