Ofrece una ventana de proceso más amplia lo cual lleva a más flexibilidad y más uniformidad en la distribución del grosor en film por colada, mayor resistencia del fundido y mejor estabilidad del parison. Se optimiza también la proporción de LDPE/LLDPE en films multicapa sin merma de las propiedades mecánicas, mejor disminución de viscosidad por cizalla que con la PA6 estándard permitiendo así mayores velocidades de recubrimiento y sin ninguna formación de gel.

BERGEN OP ZOOM, PAÍSES BAJOS — 28 de junio de 2007 —GE Plastics ha lanzado hoy una nueva gama de productos que ayudan a resolver los inconvenientes relativos a los colorantes de mezcla seca, retardantes a la llama, aditivos y otros efectos hallados en compuestos de fibra de vidrio larga. La gama de compuestos LNP* Verton* Xtreme de GE ha roto moldes en materia de soluciones monogránulo para mejorar la colorabilidad, retardancia a la llama (FR) y la resistencia a la intemperie. Esta tecnología, pendiente de patente, mejora la consistencia entre lotes y en cada una de las piezas individuales, al eliminarse la necesidad de mezclar dos tipos de gránulos, algo que puede acarrear separaciones, sedimentaciones y otros problemas de calidad. Los grados de los compuestos LNP Verton Xtreme, clasificados como XC para color extremo, FR para retardancia a la llama extrema y XW para resistencia extrema a la intemperie, permiten a los clientes obtener excelentes propiedades mecánicas en el refuerzo de fibra de vidrio larga, al tiempo que mejoran la calidad y la consistencia, pudiéndose reducir los costes globales del sistema.
