Songwon opens new Swiss European Headquarter and Customer Service Center

Milliken & Company ha anunciado hoy que el Tribunal Regional de Düsseldorf (Alemania) ha dictado una medida cautelar para toda Europa en contra de la firma coreana Fountain Trading Company por violación de las marcas de Milliken Millad® y Millad 3988. La medida prohíbe a Fountain Trading utilizar la designación Millard y/o Millard 3988 para la caracterización de aditivos poliméricos, así como producir, ofrecer, anunciar, vender o comercializar esos bienes.
