Owens Corning Adquiere Operación Clave de Refuerzos para Plásticos en Japón
TOLEDO, Ohio – 8 de Diciembre de 2005 – Owens Corning ha anunciado hoy el acuerdo alcanzado con Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. para la adquisición de su negocio de refuerzos de fibra de vidrio y producción de compuestos, incluyendo las instalaciones de fabricación de vidrio situadas a una hora al norte de Tokio. Aún no se han revelado las condiciones del contrato.

Borealis head office moves to Vienna
Borealis recently announced a change in ownership to 65% by the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) of Abu Dhabi and 35% by OMV Aktiengesellschaft, Austria’s oil and gas company. This change has resulted in a decision to move Borealis’ head office from Copenhagen (Denmark) to Vienna (Austria) by summer 2006.
