El “bestseller” de las extrusoras: Las Alpha, para más campos de aplicación
Cincinnati ha convencido al mercado con las extrusoras monohusillo de la serie Alpha hechas a la medida para la extrusión de perfiles. Tras la presenta-ción del nuevo concepto de máquina estandarizada en la pasada feria K 2001 ya se han vendido en el mundo más de 160 extrusoras Alpha. Ahora, el cons-tructor vienés responde de nuevo a las necesidades de nuestros tiempos con la ampliación de esta serie exitosa, que se concreta en dos nuevos modelos: uno con casquillo de alimentación con ranuras gruesas y otro con el casquillo con ranuras finas.

Univar adds Thermera environmentally-friendly, water-based heat transfer fluids to its portfolio
Thermera, a novel type of heat transfer fluid with extremely low environmental impact, is now available throughout Scandinavia from Univar as the result of a new distribution agreement with Finland’s Fortum Gas and Oil Oy. The high performance fluid is ideal for antifreeze use in heating and ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Univar forms partnership with Huntsman Performance Products to supply surfactants to the construction industry in the Nordic region
The construction industry in the Nordic countries is poised to benefit from a new agreement between Huntsman’s Performance Products division and Univar AB that will see Huntsman’s full range of surfactants being distributed throughout the region by Univar for the first time. The two partners have sampled successfully a number of potential customers with concrete additives and are now in negotiation over long term contracts.
