Distrupol wins distributorship for DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers
Distrupol, a member company of Univar and the leading UK polymer distributor, technical service and solutions provider, has been appointed distributor for DuPont packaging and industrial polymers. Owens Corning Signs Contract With Ashland Finland OY For Enhanced Presence In European Market
Toledo, Ohio, September 2002 – In order to better serve the European market, Owens Corning announced that it has signed a distribution contract with Ashland Finland OY, a subsidiary of Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH), to distribute product through Ashland Specialty Chemical Company’s Composite Polymers business unit. Ashland’s Composite Polymers business unit is one of the world's largest producers of resins for reinforced plastics and is considered a leader in composite resin technology.

Específicamente desarrollados para su uso en la exploración y producción de yacimientos petrolíferos, estos conectores están diseñados para resistir la exposición prolongada a una presión aplicada de 138 MPa a 204 °C, siendo también posible una exposición no prolongada a presiones de 172 MPa a 260 °C.
