Boblingen (Germania), 4 novembre 2010 – Moog ha presentato al K-2010 un innovativo sistema di pompa sviluppato per le macchine idrauliche ad iniezione (stampaggio) e soffiaggio. Si tratta di una soluzione di motion control che taglia i consumi energetici del 30% e oltre rispetto ai sistemi tradizionali, riducendo di conseguenza anche il costo totale di esercizio. Moog, specialista nel controllo del movimento ad alte prestazioni in una vasta gamma di applicazioni industriali, offre oggi un sistema completo ed integrato, sviluppato partendo da tre prodotti di grande successo. Questo sistema di pompa con controllo di velocità (SPC) è composto da: pompa a pistoni radiali (RKP) a cilindrata fissa, servomotore brushless a elevata dinamica e servoazionamento MSD (Modular Multi-axis Programmable Motion Control Servodrive). La caratteristica distintiva di questo sistema è la possibilità per l’utente di controllare il flusso del fluido variando la velocità del motore e della pompa, rendendo la macchina più efficiente e riducendone i consumi. Inoltre il nuovo sistema offre prestazioni ottimizzate e semplifica le procedure di impostazione e installazione.
