TE Connectivity (TE), ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Verbindungstechnologie- und Sensorlösungen, hat sein Produktprogramm um eine neue Serie von Ethernet-Buchsen mit integrierten magnetischen Bauteilen und Power over Ethernet (PoE) erweitert. Sie wurden speziell für industrielle Anwendungen entwickelt und tragen dazu bei, die Installation und das Leiterplatten-Design sowie die Spannungsversorgung der Peripheriegeräte einer Anlage zu vereinfachen.

SABIC spotlights major milestone in trailblazing initiative with Airborne to digitize, automate large-scale composites manufacturing
SABIC is celebrating a major milestone for its ground-breaking Digital Composites Manufacturing line here at JEC World 2019 (Hall 6, stand P12). The company, in collaboration with Airborne and powered by Siemens and Kuka technologies, has successfully completed the pilot phase of the world’s first automated digital system for rapid, large-scale laminate manufacturing using SABIC’s continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite tape. The Digital Composites Manufacturing line has been nominated for the 2019 JEC Innovation Awards in the category “Industry & Engineering”. The winner will be announced at the JEC Innovation Awards ceremony, on Wednesday 13 March at 4.30pm at the Agora stage.

Devan Chemicals joins Consortium addressing the Recycling of Coated and Painted Textile and Plastic Materials
The EU-funded Project, in which Devan Chemicals is a key partner, held a kick off meeting on 20-21 February 2019 at the EU Commission in Brussels, Belgium. The project consortium, led by Belgian R&D centre CENTEXBEL, consists of 17 European partners from across the value chain including design, manufacturing, NGOs, and research and innovation.
