Clariant und Huntsman beenden einvernehmlich geplante Fusion unter Gleichen
Muttenz, 27. Oktober 2017 – Clariant (SIX: CLN) und Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) haben heute gemeinsam bekannt gegeben, dass sie ihren geplanten Zusammenschluss unter Gleichen in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen beendet haben. Die Verwaltungsräte von Clariant und Huntsman genehmigten die Entscheidung einstimmig.
