Muttenz, 5. August 2016 – Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, hat insgesamt 276,5 Millionen USD sowie 95 Millionen EUR auf dem deutschen Schuldscheinmarkt aufgenommen. Die Tranche in USD wurde mit einer Laufzeit von 5 Jahren aufgelegt und die Schuldscheindarlehen in EUR mit Laufzeiten von 5 Jahren und 7 Jahren.

Der Kaufpreis betrug 200 Millionen Euro (einschließlich übernommener Verbindlichkeiten).

Clariant delivers significantly improved operating cash flow and a higher profitability in the first half of 2016
