TE Connectivity unterzeichnet Vereinbarung über den Erwerb der Intercontec Group
SCHAFFHAUSEN, Schweiz – 20. Juli 2016 – TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL), ein weltweit führender Anbieter von Verbindungstechnologielösungen und Sensorik, gab heute die Unterzeichnung einer konkreten Vereinbarung zur Übernahme der Intercontec Group bekannt. Die Transaktion wird nach Abschluss der üblichen behördlichen Genehmigungen und verschiedener administrativer Fragen voraussichtlich Ende September 2016 abgeschlossen sein.
