Trelleborg hat die Übernahme der CGS Holding a.s. – ein Unternehmen im Privatbesitz mit führenden Positionen in den Bereichen Landwirtschafts-, Industrie- und Spezialreifen sowie technischen Polymerlösungen, abgeschlossen. Der Gesamtbarpreis belief sich auf rund 10,9 Mrd. SEK*, die Übernahme findet auf schuldenfreier Basis und ohne Barmittel statt.

FANUC and TE Connectivity Mark Long-Standing Partnership
DARMSTADT, Germany – June 1, 2016 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, participated in a special ceremony to mark the production of the 50,000th Roboshot molding press produced by FANUC Corporation. Yoshiharu Inaba, president and CEO of FANUC Corporation (L) formally handed over the 50,000th Roboshot to Minoru Okamoto, TE senior advisor to the CEO, in recognition of TE’s role as a key supplier. TE components make up almost 100 percent of the connector content in these molding presses. The 50,000th Roboshot is to go to TE’s Gateway Plant in Thailand.

Clariant continues to reach out to communities in China through HOPES Corporate Citizenship Activity

The partnership will allow Clariant to tap into BioSpectrum's strong experience and resources in researching and developing natural raw materials for the cosmetic industry. BioSpectrum, on the other hand, can take advantage of Clariant's existing global sales and innovation network to distribute its products worldwide, except in Korea.
