Clariant und SK Capital melden Fortschritte bei der Veräusserung der Geschäfte Textile, Paper und Emulsions
Muttenz/New York, 30. April 2013 – Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen der Spezialchemie, und SK Capital, eine private Investmentgesellschaft mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Spezialmaterialien, Chemikalien und Gesundheitsprodukte, berichten über den aktuellen Stand bei der Separierung der Geschäfte Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties und Emulsions. Clariant hatte am 27. Dezember 2012 bekannt gegeben, dass die drei Einheiten an SK Capital verkauft werden sollen.

Songwon appoints Jungdu Kim as Technical Service Manager for North East Asia
